Frank B. Walsh Landscape Photography

Originally from the east coast, Frank’s first opportunity to discover the scenic beauty of the southwestern United States came while serving in the military at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. His strong interest in photography began over twenty years ago, and because of his love for the spectacular scenery of the desert southwest, he returned as often as possible to photograph in Arizona and Utah. Following a successful business career, Frank and his wife, Patricia, relocated from northern Virginia to the Tucson area where he now devotes his time pursuing what has become his passion.

Frank’s work has been published in “Tucson Lifestyle Magazine”, in nationally distributed annual calendars, and he was a contributing photographer to “Here is New York”, an exhibit of World Trade Center photographs following the events of September 11, 2001.

Frank photographs both in 35mm and 2 ¼" camera formats depending on subject matter and location. All his photographic enlargements are produced using only the highest quality materials. Prints are individually handcrafted on either Ilfochrome or Fuji Crystal Archive glossy paper to ensure the faithful reproduction of the original image. Both have superior sharpness, color accuracy, and exceptional longevity. All photographic prints are processed without manipulation or digital enhancement; only occasional cropping is used to highlight photographic content. The final fine art print, therefore, is truly faithful to the original transparency.
